Shipping Time

  • USA: Estimated delivery is 5 to 15 days.
  • UK: Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 days.
  • Australia: Estimated delivery is 6 to 15 days.
  • Canada: Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 days.
  • Other Countries: Delivery time ranges between 5 to 30 days, depending on location.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs practices in different countries. We have no control over customs processing times.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over US$45.
  • Orders Below US$45: A shipping fee of US$3.71 applies.

Shipping Insurance

We offer optional shipping insurance during checkout:

  • Without Insurance: If your package or items are lost or stolen, you must resolve the issue directly with the shipping carrier. Refunds or reshipments will not be provided unless proof from the courier confirms the loss or theft.
  • With Insurance: We will reship your order at no additional cost if the package is lost or stolen.

Shipping Insurance Costs:

  • US$4.87 for orders below US$45
  • US$4.17 for orders above US$45

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time may be extended due to incomplete payment, insufficient address details, or seasonal high demand. In such cases, we will contact you via email to ensure successful delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • Changes Within 4 Hours: If you notify us within 4 hours of placing your order, we will attempt to update the address.
  • After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, we cannot make changes, issue refunds, or provide replacements.

Order Cancellation and Change Requests

You have a 4-hour grace period to cancel or modify your order (e.g., quantity, color, strap size). Contact us at support@breezestrap.com. After this period, requests cannot be accommodated.

  • Cancellation After 4 Hours: If the order can still be canceled, a US$15 fee will apply.
  • Pre-Ordered Items: These cannot be canceled due to demand-based production.

Order Re-Delivery

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Notify us within 8 hours to request a change.
  • After 8 hours, adjustments cannot be made.
  • If re-delivery is required due to an incorrect address, a fee of US$8.99 will apply for re-labeling and re-shipping.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure (e.g., incomplete address, no recipient contact, package not picked up):

  • Reshipment: Available for a fee of US$8.99.
  • Cancellation: Available with a deduction of US$15 for processing the returned package.

Factors Affecting Shipping Times

Shipping times may be influenced by external factors such as weather, holidays, customs inspections, or shipping carrier errors. While we strive to keep you informed, these factors are beyond our control.

Taxes and Duties

Customs taxes or duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total. For details, contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
