30-Day Return Policy

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product to request an exchange or refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, with original tags, and packaging materials intact. This policy also applies to promotional offers such as Buy One Get One Free (BOGO).

Return Eligibility

  • Full Refund Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging. Clear photos of the items must be emailed to us for a preliminary assessment.
  • Damaged or Unclean Items: For items not in their original condition, our team will assess the item’s state to determine the eligible refund amount.

Return Process

  • Return Address: The return address will be provided via email and may vary based on your location.
  • Contact First: Returns sent without prior email communication may result in lost goods, and we may be unable to process a refund.
  • Tracking: Use a shipping method with tracking to ensure proper return processing. Include a photo of the shipping receipt and tracking number in your email.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty.

Refund Amount

  • Non-Promotional Items: A full refund (excluding original and return shipping costs) is offered for eligible items. Faulty items qualify for a refund including shipping costs.
  • BOGO Promotions: See the BOGO Purchases section for detailed refund and exchange terms.

Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged for:
    • Higher-Priced Items: Pay the price difference.
    • Lower-Priced Items: Receive a refund for the difference.
  • Exchanges are free for the first request. Subsequent exchanges from the same order may incur a shipping fee.

Additional Charges

  • Missing or Damaged Packaging: A $5 fee applies, deducted from the refund amount.
  • Original Shipping Fee: Non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

Return Processing Timeframe

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Process

Once your return is inspected, a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be issued. Processing may take 2–5 business days depending on your bank.

BOGO Purchases

  • Free Straps: Free items from BOGO promotions are eligible for exchanges only, not refunds. Exchanges can be for straps of equal or greater value, with the price difference paid if applicable.
  • Paid Items: Refunds are calculated proportionally based on the total paid items versus free items in the order.
  • Both Paid and Free Items Returned: Full refund of the paid items is provided.

Gift Sets Return Policy

Gift Sets have specific return conditions due to their unique and limited-edition nature:

  1. No Full Refunds or Replacements: Returns are only eligible for store credit.
  2. Store Credit: Refunds will be issued as store credit reflecting the purchase price of the Gift Set.
  3. Condition: Items must be returned unopened and intact to qualify for store credit.
  4. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the Gift Set.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, notify us within 7 days of receipt. Include a video of the damaged item for assessment. We will resolve the issue promptly.
